The Delco will be the largest project developed to date in the Water Street District. The completion of this renovation and the addition of both residential and commercial users into the neighborhood will be the largest step yet in the revitalization of this area in downtown Dayton - and a culmination of a vision which started more than a decade ago.

800 North High was developed in the heart of the Short North in downtown Columbus, Ohio, amid a buzz of restaurants, shops, galleries and a wide mix of housing options. This mixed-use building was the first foray into downtown Columbus development for Crawford Hoying.

Westmont at The Lane, the second phase of the award-winning development, The Lane, was acquired by Crawford Hoying in 2018. The land was originally purchased by another party looking to develop it, but then ran into issues involving the neighborhood; thus leading to the failure of getting the project off the ground. Due to Crawford Hoying’s experience with developing other properties within Upper Arlington, the company reached out for support.
