Bob Hoying is a Principal at Crawford Hoying, where he plays an active role in guiding the company’s $750 million in new developments. He analyzes new opportunities for Crawford Hoying development projects and interfaces with municipality officials and other stakeholders as projects are being developed.

In 2012, Nelson joined partners Brent Crawford and Bob Hoying to found Crawford Hoying Development. As a principal for the firm, he leads the collaboration of Crawford Hoying’s in-house development professionals and outside consultants as they imagine and deliver extremely complex, first-class walkable communities.

As Chief Operating Officer at Crawford Hoying, Jeremiah oversees all core corporate functions and processes, guiding the vision and growth of the company. He leads the company's senior management and executive teams and is a mentor to many others within the organization.

Jeff serves as Chief Legal Officer at Crawford Hoying, where he leads the legal strategy for the company. Jeff manages the full-service, in-house legal team that is responsible for advising on all aspects of the business, including negotiating and documenting transactions, directing litigation matters and overseeing risk mitigation.

As the President of Real Estate at Crawford Hoying, Mike oversees all real estate-related functions within the company. He leads a team of executives and senior management employees that are responsible for the residential and commercial real estate, design, property management, development and sales divisions.
